Breeze walk

This morning went to East Coast for a breeze walk.. Actually intended to do a slow jogging but worried long time never execise for a long time. Going to try breeze walking for sometime before starting my jogging. As later in the evening I still need to go for my church service.

I am hoping I am able to lose some weight. During my degee studies i have put on 6kg. I think now it is so hard to lose weight now as my age is increasing.
