Running again
It been 4 months I stopped running. I notice I don't have the breadth to run. :(
Today I only ran 2.4km compare to last yr more than 5km. I really need to start training all over again.

Buying a hdb flat....
Hmm looking at the table.... and the hdb flat cost... I really thinking should I buy a flat the price is really too high for me to effort it...After the age of 35 the $$$ to Ordinary Account is dropping...I really don't think my salary scale will be faster than the dropping rate.....So at some point onward I would need to pay using cash.....
If I need to pay the flat till 60 plus... I would need to use cash to top-up the balance.. But at that age.. I would wish to have more cash on hand than paying flat... :( It getting tougher to own a flat....
