and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,

and the mountains quake with their surging.

Persons reflect:
After reading it, it remind me of being still, a lot of time, we been doing so many multi-tasking at a time. Our mind cant be still and focus. Maybe to others it easy to stay focus to just praying alone, but it never easy... my mind will wonder away, swaying away... Therefore, i think i really need to purposely train my brain to focus and do it...
