Job roation

Hmm... I have been assign to new job scoop. Currently is the transition period. I need to handover at the same time i need to put up new knowledge.

Currently everything seem to be stuck... Handover not complete, but i am being expected to put up the new system... Thi new area, knowledge is not easy to pick up. As there are to many history which i have no ideas. There is no proper knowledge system to be passing down.. I am having difficult picking up and handing over my old job scoop... help help....
